Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Position: Type: Full-Time 40 hours/week (1st shift 6:00am – 2:30pm)
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems including but not limited to:
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, servo drives, control systems, motors, and sensors
- Perform alignments, calibrations, and accuracy checks
- Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Assist with machine installations, relocations, and upgrades
- Document maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with low voltage wiring, PLC, and other instrumentation and controls
- Sense of urgency and follow-up.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must lead by example and maintain a positive outlook.
- Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the position.
6:00am - 2:30pm
40 Hours per week (overtime when necesarry)
Salary : $27 - $30
