The AI Implementation Specialist supports the organization in integrating artificial intelligence tools, workflows, and automation into daily operations. This role works closely with multiple departments to assess needs, recommend AI solutions, configure tools, provide training, and ensure safe, effective, and compliant use of AI. The specialist serves as the bridge between technical capabilities and real-world application, helping teams adopt AI confidently and responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in business systems, database administration (DBA), or related technical roles; OR an Associate’s degree with four (4) years of relevant experience; OR a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, workflow automation, and/or low-code/no-code tools is a plus.

The AI Implementation Specialist supports the organization in integrating artificial intelligence tools, workflows, and automation into daily operations. This role works closely with multiple departments to assess needs, recommend AI solutions, configure tools, provide training, and ensure safe, effective, and compliant use of AI. The specialist serves as the bridge between technical capabilities and real-world application, helping teams adopt AI confidently and responsibly.
AI Deployment & Configuration
- Assist with evaluating and selecting AI tools that align with business needs.
- Configure, test, and implement AI applications, automations, chatbots, and workflow tools.
- Coordinate pilot programs and gather feedback for full deployment.
- Maintain user access, permissions, and integrations with existing systems.
Training & Adoption Support
- Create and deliver training sessions, guides, and reference materials for team members.
- Coach team members on best practices for AI usage, productivity workflows, and prompt design.
- Provide ongoing support for departments adopting new AI tooling.
Workflow Optimization
- Assess existing processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with process owners to redesign workflows that incorporate automation and AI insights.
- Analyze performance data and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Governance, Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all AI usage aligns with organizational policies and data governance requirements.
- Support development and maintenance of AI usage guidelines and compliance documentation.
- Monitor for potential risks, misuse, or policy violations, escalating when necessary.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track adoption metrics, tool performance, and efficiency gains.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership summarizing impact and recommendations.
