Position Overview
We’re hiring a Sales Representative who is organized, coachable, and eager to follow our proven sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people, works well with systems, and wants to be part of a company that values both faith and professionalism.
This is an active sales role that requires initiative, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
Follow our provided sales methods and scripts to guide customers through the buying process
Call and text leads consistently. Assist walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads with professionalism and care.
Educate customers on building types, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines
Use our digital quoting tools and sales CRM HubSpot
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate records
Be a team player
What We’re Looking For
Lead management/ HubSpot experience
Organized and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Willing to learn and apply our sales systems
Positive attitude, eager to grow personally and professionally. ( Be coachable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work Monday–Saturday
Aligned with our family-oriented, Christian company values
Comfortable with basic computer technologies , Phone system, HubSpot CRM
