Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Water, Fire, Mold Restoration, and Carpet Cleaning Technician in Baton Rouge, LA. The technician will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, conducting water extraction, providing fire and mold remediation, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring proper restoration of affected areas. Tasks will also include carpet cleaning, stain and odor removal, tile and grout cleaning, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in all operations.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Must be able to lift 100lbs or more
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and working in varied environments
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in restoration or cleaning services is a plus but not necessary as we will do on the job training
- Pay depending on experience
- WRT and FRT certification are a plus
- Must be at least 21
- Clean driving record required
- Drug Free
- Mechanically inclined a plus
