What You Will Sell
Premium exterior remodeling solutions including:
- Replacement Siding

All products are positioned as high-value solutions designed to improve the homeowner’s comfort, efficiency, and curb appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Run pre-qualified, pre-confirmed appointments generated through company marketing efforts
- Follow a structured, consultative sales process from discovery through close
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assess homeowner needs and recommend appropriate Siding, Window, Door, etc. solutions
- Maintain a minimum of 1-2 issued appointments per day
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional presentation standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication through company CRM systems
- Represent the Durante brand with professionalism and confidence
- Work a full-time schedule including evenings and two Saturdays per month
