About Us
Durant Property Investments is a real estate investment and property management company that owns and operates mobile home and tiny home communities in Las Vegas and California. We're growing our Las Vegas team and hiring 1 to 2 Property Managers.
About the Role
We're looking for a Park Manager who is strong at both operations and sales. You'll run the day-to-day management of the community, be the main point of contact for residents, and help keep the park full through sales and marketing. If you're great with people and know how mobile home parks work, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily park operations and serve as the main contact for residents and prospective buyers and tenants
- Handle and resolve resident concerns quickly and proactively
- Give tours, follow up with leads, and support sales and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy
- Complete a weekly property walk-through and delegate follow-up to maintenance staff
- Work with the off-site manager to solve issues that affect resident satisfaction
- Enforce park rules and standards
- Make sure the park complies with federal, state, and local regulations
What We're Looking For
- Experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality, with mobile home park experience strongly preferred
- Sales and customer service experience, including negotiating
- Basic maintenance knowledge (sewer, electrical)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of fair housing and employment laws
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Leadership ability and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with email, internet, and Microsoft Office
Schedule and Pay
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Compensation is discussed during the interview.
