This position exists to maximize technician productivity by eliminating non-billable interruptions while ensuring our facilities remain safe, professional, and inspection-ready.

Position Responsibilities
The Shop Support Coordinator will:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready service department throughout the day.
- Keep service drives, work areas, and common spaces clean and professional.
- Deliver parts, supplies, and materials to technicians to minimize downtime.
- Return cores and warranty parts while assisting with parts organization.
- Restock shop supplies, fluids, and other essential materials.
- Move guest and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property.
- Organize storage areas, tool rooms, and other shop spaces.
- Remove trash, recycling, scrap materials, and shop debris before they accumulate.
- Respond quickly to manager and technician requests to help improve shop efficiency.
- Support a safe work environment by cleaning spills promptly and keeping walkways clear.
- Assist with special projects and other operational needs as assigned.
- Previous automotive, warehouse, shop, or labor experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic with a dependable attendance record.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support teammates.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, push, and pull throughout the day.
