2 - 5 Years of Technical On-the-job Experience with Ford Certifications is required. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and strong work ethic all while demonstrating behaviors consistent with the company's values in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional personal appearance always
- Organize and prepare for the day's appointments
- Apply hospitality skills by warmly greeting and engaging with many different guests each day
- Perform Multi-point Inspection
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Close out repair order
- Commit to a "leave-no-trace" clean up
- Be part of an amazing, cutting-edge team working to revolutionize the way we deliver our service experience!

Other qualifications include:
- Automotive Technical/Trade School Degree, preferred
- Able to Operate Electronic Diagnostic Equipment
- Ability to learn new technology
- A Positive, Friendly Attitude
- Basic Computer skills
- Excellent Oral Communication Skills
- Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
