Duties
- Conduct spin fitness classes in a high energy and motivating environment
- Design and implement effective workout programs tailored to individual client needs
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Assist in fitness sales and promoting club memberships
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Skills
- Proficiency in leading group fitness classes including cycling and spin
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective workouts
- Experience in program design to meet diverse client goals
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and promote fitness services
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate varying fitness levels
