- Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Work closely with warehouse staff, sales representatives, and account managers to ensure accurate deliveries and product rotation.
- Communicate with the admin team regarding customer concerns, payment issues, and invoice discrepancies.

Major Responsibilities
Delivery & Product Handling
- Drive from warehouse to customer locations on daily routes, delivering to all stores safely and efficiently.
- Verify orders and invoices with customers.
- Unload merchandise, rotate products, and build displays according to company standards.
- Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating stock in a safe, accessible manner.
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships with store receivers.
- Build rapport and trust with backroom personnel in each store by actively listening, responding, and addressing customer needs.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any daily route support needed.
- Communicate and partner with our Sales team in small store format accounts to secure our company Look of Success (LOS), proper rotation, with organized backstock.
Vehicle Use
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT standards.
- Maintain valid Class A CDL license and DOT medical card.
- Ensure safe operation of manual/powered pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Safety / Physical Requirements – this position is considered Safety-Sensitive
- Follow all safety procedures throughout the day.
- Comply with federal and state DOT regulations.
- Highly active role requiring constant standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
- Lift and carry up to 60 lbs. repetitively; reach and lift above shoulders and below waist.
- Operate electric pallet jacks and maneuver pallets weighing up to 1,200 lbs.
- Push/pull fully loaded carts weighing up to 1,000 lbs. on slopes up to 20%.
- Perform frequent twisting, grasping, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
- Pre-pare to Drive in varied weather environments (sun, rain, snow, heat, cold).
Additional
- Work hours: 4 days a week, 10 hours per day, average 45 hour work week, start times may vary based on delivery route.
- Bulk loads: 4:00am until route completion
- Side loads: 7:00am until route completion
- Weekend and holiday work as directed by business needs.
Experience & Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Current Class A CDL license and DOT medical card.
- No FMCSA positive drug/alcohol test results in the last 3 years.
- No major traffic violations and no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years.
- Recent tractor/trailer experience preferred.
- Reliable team player with consistent attendance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a field-based schedule with minimal supervision.
- Must maintain professional appearance to uphold Durango Coca-Cola’s dress code policy
