What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Foreman position at Duran Excavating, Inc.?
We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation and must have experience in civil construction including earthwork, excavation, storm/sewer/waterline installation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Must have experience with storm, sewer & waterline installation and dirtwork
- Read blueprints
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
- Must submit a detailed resume including work history and references
Construction foreman will also have use of a company vehicle. Must have clean MVR.
