As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our logistics team and seeking individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics and supply chain operations.

You are a detail-oriented and organized logistics professional with 1–2 years of experience in a shipping or warehouse environment. You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting and enjoy coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and working closely with warehouse and administrative teams. You are dependable, proactive, and eager to grow professionally.

·       Schedule all outgoing customer shipments and incoming purchase orders using World Wide Logistics software

·       Track and follow up on all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery

·       Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule

·       Prepare and maintain all required shipping documentation and paperwork

·       Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record maintenance

·       Assist with the resolution of shipping issues and respond to customer inquiries or concerns related to logistics

·       1–2 years of experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse environment

·       Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

·       Clear communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

·       Must be able to work on-site

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Occasional flexibility may be required to support shipping schedules or time-sensitive deliveries

• This position is on-site and is not remote or hybrid

·       Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience
