Duramax Store Inc / Kryptonite Products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service while driving sales through direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone sales, assisting customers with product selection and order placement
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely, professional manner
- Provide technical product support and resolve customer concerns
- Assist with basic website updates, including product listings and content edits
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
