You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

·       Develop and maintain supplier relationships

·       Strategically quote, procure and manage inventory levels for raw materials and outsourced products

·       Monitor and evaluate supply risks

·       Identify and execute on cost reduction, quality and process improvements

·       Analytically evaluate data and ensure systems integrity to support sourcing efficiencies

·       Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (Leadership, Sales/Marketing, Operations, and Finance)

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

·       Fulfill demand for sourced products based on customer orders and/or inventory min/max replenishment

·       Procure quotes, products and solutions for the Sales, Marketing, Production and R&D demands

·       Evaluate supplier effectiveness and manage supply chain risks in an ever-changing environment

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

·       Number of late purchase orders

·       Number of inventory item stock outs

·       Amount of Raw Materials & Outsourced inventory on hand

·       Number of days to turn a quote
