Position Summary
The Control Center Supervisor manages the flow of communication between departments to ensure smooth and efficient production of panels, posts, and other components needed to fulfill customer orders. This position is responsible for tracking order progress, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company standards, including C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) compliance, to guarantee that all documentation and processes meet customer and operational requirements.
What You’ll Do
· Plan and prioritize production schedules based on customer needs and sales commitments.
· Audit Bills of Materials (B.O.M.) and manufacturing process sheets for accuracy.
· Distribute and track production documents (B.O.M.s, packing lists, process sheets).
· Review completed orders for accuracy and communicate any errors or issues.
· Ensure proper documentation and adherence to C.O.D. compliance requirements.
· Assist in pulling customer orders when needed to meet service standards.
· Communicate with customers about order updates, delays, or abandoned orders.
· Maintain clear and timely communication between departments.

Qualifications
One-year college or technical certificate, or
6 to 12 months of related experience/training, or
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Technical Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general internet software.
· Ability to read and follow safety and operational documents.
· Basic math, algebra, and geometry knowledge.
Physical Requirements
· Regular standing, sitting, walking, and reaching.
· Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
· Frequent hand and finger use.
· Ability to lift:
· - Up to 10 lbs frequently
· - Up to 25 lbs regularly
· - Up to 50 lbs occasionally
· Must have good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth) and hearing.
Work Environment
· Moderate noise level most of the time.
· Occasional exposure to outdoor, wet, or humid conditions.
· May work near moving mechanical parts or electrical equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
