Maintenance Lead at Duraflex International
Do you love keeping machines humming and leading a team that gets things done? Duraflex International is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead to be the go-to expert who keeps our facility running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and grow the team. Train, mentor, and supervise our maintenance crew, and help them build their skills.
- Keep everything running. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems before small issues become big problems.
- Own the work. Tackle work orders promptly and keep clear logs and procedure notes so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Partner with vendors. Negotiate contracts with outside vendors to get the right work done at the right price.
- Champion safety. Put workplace safety policies and standards into practice every day.
- Maintain a top-notch facility. Keep our premises clean, organized, and hygienic.
- Drive results. Report directly to the Operations Manager and help shape how our operations improve.
- Jump in where needed. Take on other duties as they come up.

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
