What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate production machinery
- Mix and prepare compounds for manufacturing
- Monitor coating heads and ensure smooth operation
- Inspect materials for quality and defects
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D teams
- Take on additional plant tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive work history and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing experience preferred (but not required!)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
