Manufacturing Machine Operator – Join Our Growing Team!
Are you ready to be part of a company that values quality, teamwork, and innovation? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our fast-paced production team! In this role, you’ll help ensure our coating and finishing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely — producing top-quality products that our customers rely on every day.
What You’ll Do
- Perform all duties following health & safety guidelines and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Set up, monitor, and adjust machines for smooth operation
- Review shop packets and specifications to verify correct materials, styles, colors, widths, and compounds
- Mix and thin compounds to proper viscosity
- Monitor and adjust machine speeds, adhesives, and oven temperatures for optimal performance
- Check for coating and material defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with thread-ups, splicing film and fabric, and changing emboss, rubber, and coater rolls
- Label, package, and verify materials before they leave the facility
- Communicate with Quality Assurance and R&D on process changes and product testing
- Input production data into company ERP system and complete all required run sheets and documentation
- Train team members as needed and support a culture of continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A strong work ethic and proven attendance record
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred but not required)
- Computer literacy and the ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.08 - $27.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
