What Your Day Looks Like:

You’ll support product development and testing, working with materials and teams across the organization to bring ideas to life.

• Run lab testing and prepare samples to evaluate material performance and support new product development.

• Partner with production and technical teams during trials, helping translate lab results into real-world applications.

• Analyze test data, improve lab processes, and contribute insights that drive product and process improvements.
