Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Oversee office management duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining supplies, and organizing documents using spreadsheets and productivity software.
- Process and handle Payroll bi-weekly for all W2 employees
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar schedules for staff members while ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support customer service efforts by providing prompt assistance via phone or email, addressing inquiries efficiently, and maintaining positive client communication.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing reports or presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally to ensure quick retrieval of important information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical work and customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent typing skills and computer literacy.
- Familiarity with Roofing business is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for multi-line systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading documents thoroughly.
- Personal assistant experience or familiarity with front desk responsibilities is advantageous.
