Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production and assembly equipment
- Manufacture rubber parts according to specifications and work instructions
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Manufacturing/production environment
- Standing for long periods, lifting, and handling materials as required
