Responsibilities
- Install premium residential entry doors with precision and professionalism
- Install storm doors and related hardware
- Ensure doors operate properly, seal correctly, and meet manufacturer specifications
- Perform finish carpentry, trim, and exterior/interior finishing work
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 3 years of experience installing entry doors, windows, or performing finish carpentry
- Strong carpentry and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills
Highly Preferred (Huge Plus)
- Experience installing ProVia entry doors
- Experience installing commercial doors and hardware
- Experience with Renewal by Andersen window and door installations
- Experience bending and installing aluminum or PVC trim coil
- Experience operating a 10-foot sheet metal brake for custom trim fabrication
- Experience with rot repair, flashing, waterproofing, and exterior finishing
- Knowledge of proper installation techniques to maintain manufacturer warranties
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00–$38.00 per hour, based on experience
