We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a fast pace construction environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic with great situational awareness. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to assist in the completion of demolition projects.
- Take direction from immediate supervisor for daily tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members on the job site to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in equipment yard operations, including inventory management and material handling.
- Work outside in all elements.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Capacity to take initiative for tasks on the job.
- Ability to wok effectively around construction equipment.
- Skid steer experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent teamwork stills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Expertise towing a trailer with pickup truck preferred.
