Duties
- Retail staff to ensure high performance in sales, customer service, and operational tasks
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to boost store profitability
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting; ensure smooth checkout experiences
- Foster effective communication within the team and with customers; address inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal regulations
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of retail math, sales management, inventory control, and merchandising techniques
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping software
- Exceptional communication skills along with organizational prowess and time management capabilities
