Duque Isern Law LLC is a boutique Law firm seeking an immigration paralegal to handle both removal defense and family immigration cases. The candidate will prepare and file petitions and applications before USCIS, CBP, EOIR, ICE, NVC, and other government agencies. These forms include but are not limited to family-based petitions, applications for adjustment of status, naturalization, employment authorization, U visa, CBP/EOIR/USCIS FOIA requests, provisional waivers, reques for FBI records, asylum ,cancellation of removal, and VAWA petitions.
