Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant to manage billing processes and provide administrative support. This role ensures accurate and timely financial transactions while also assisting with various office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices for clients and vendors.
- Manage customer cylinder balances
- Track and reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office coordination.
- Support customer service by addressing account-related questions and issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
