Schedules we are looking for:
-Evenings 2pm - 10pm Part Time Friday - Saturday
-Evenings 2pm - 10pm Full Time needs Friday - Saturday availablity
-Days 8am - 4:30pm Full Time Thursday - Monday
-Days 8am - 4:30pm Full Time Tuesday - Saturday
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair issues using schematics, electrical experience, and mechanical knowledge to restore operations swiftly
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and ohmmeters to diagnose system faults accurately
- Conduct residential painting, welding, and other repair tasks to uphold the property's appearance and safety standards
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks
- Supervise maintenance projects when needed, providing leadership to junior team members or contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes during all maintenance activities
- Respond promptly to guest or staff maintenance requests with professionalism and excellent customer service skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing or residential building upkeep
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and use tools like ohmmeters effectively
- Mechanical knowledge including plumbing, HVAC systems, welding, and general repair techniques
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics for troubleshooting complex systems
- Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, or working in confined spaces safely
- Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking is advantageous
