At Dupré's Salon & Day Spa, we're looking for someone who loves helping people and creating a great first impression. You'll be one of the first voices our guests hear, and every phone call is an opportunity to brighten someone's day.
This is a behind-the-scenes role where you'll spend most of your day at a desk keeping our schedule running smoothly. You'll answer phones, schedule appointments, make sure guests are booked correctly, and help create an exceptional experience from the very first call.
We'll train you on everything you need to know about our systems and scheduling. What we can't teach is someone who genuinely loves talking on the phone, enjoys connecting with people, and is happy spending a good part of the day helping guests over the phone. That's the heart of this position.
