We’re looking for a dynamic Americas Regional Commercial Leader to shape the future of our business across North and Latin America. You’ll own a $400MM portfolio and drive growth, innovation, customer partnerships, and commercial excellence.

What You’ll Lead
- Deliver and exceed financial commitments: price, volume, revenue, margin, AR, inventory, SARD
- Drive balanced volume pricing to hit ambitious margin and revenue plans
- Accelerate growth from recent acquisitions and new order entry
- Build, inspire, and elevate a regional commercial team of ~30 sales professionals
- Expand market share through both new customer acquisition and growth with existing accounts
- Strengthen customer partnerships through regular engagement and insights-driven solutions
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 10 years in sales, sales leadership, or business development with strong financial acumen
- Deep understanding of the water industry and filtration technologies (preferred)
- Exceptional communication cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience building diverse, high-performing teams
- Data-driven decision making strong execution orientation
- Willingness to travel 40–50%, including internationally
