The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a part-time Pilates Instructor to join our team. This individual will provide a high-quality service that can meet the needs of advanced, intermediate, and beginner clients through well-structured client needs and programming. They must have experience in small and large group training. This qualified candidate will also be responsible for coverage of his/her classes and have excellent communication skills.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coach small and large group class.
- Ability to demonstrate all movements/positions.
- Offer modifications that range from beginner to advanced.
- Responsible for class coverage.
- Responsible for clocking in and out.
- Responsible to safety and cleanliness.
- Show positive and encouraging energy.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Current CPR/AED Certification required
- 2 years work experience as pilates/group fitness instructor preferred
- Certified Pilates Instructor or equivalent
- Excellent communication, energetic, fit and well thought out programming routines.
- GED or greater
