The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Member Dining Manager to join our team in support of our Member Dining department. The Member Dining Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all Member Dining outlets and for ensuring the most efficient use of resources to achieve those goals.

The successful candidate will have/be:
- Minimum two years’ experience in hotel or restaurant management
- Beverage experience including inventory, ordering and cocktail creation
- Proficiency with computer and restaurant software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Email, Point of Sale, Social Media, etc.
- Experience with hiring and training
- Experience with schedule creation and management
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume outlets
- Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
