Commercial Advisor

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor to join our Business Services team!

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a highly-motivated, career-oriented individual for a Commercial Advisor position with the Business Services Team that currently services approximately 5,500 business members. We are searching for a Commercial Advisor who will add value to the financial cooperative, by building positive and long-lasting commercial banking relationships with existing and prospective business owners.

What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:

• Develop and maintain business relationships.
• Assess financial information for commercial loan requests.
• Prepare annual reviews of existing loans.
• Coordinate loan closings.
• Communicate and execute sales and service techniques.
• Generate new business by professionally presenting business-related solutions, products and services.
• Maintain a portfolio including complex commercial relationships.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years’ experience in commercial lending is preferred
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize workflow
• Attention to detail allowing you to read, analyze and interpret financial reports, legal documents, and regulations

• Compensation and benefits:
  • DuPont Community Credit Union offers a competitive base salary range of $84,111.72 to $100,000.00 plus a quarterly incentive plan. We also have an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, pension plan, 401k with employer match, and generous paid time off. Starting salary placement in the range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
