Job Description
DuploCloud is a software platform that allows engineering teams to achieve their infrastructure automation, security and compliance goals by offering DevOps-as-a-Service. About the Role
DuploCloud is looking for a senior Data Insights Analyst to lead and develop its business intelligence and analytical capabilities. This role will be responsible for driving product usage and customer experience understanding and insights. Working closely with Product, Customer and Engineering teams, the Data Insights Analyst will also drive evaluation, selection and implementation of data analytical tools necessary for data collection, processing and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the analytical capabilities in the company to produce in-depth analyses of product usage and customer experience.
- Create and regularly update key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to track progress towards achieving business objectives and goals.
- Work with Product, Customer and Engineering teams to build the data and analytical foundation necessary to support business intelligence priorities. Capabilities will include data pipelines, data quality assurance checks and automated reporting.
- Evaluate, select and employ key data analytics tools to solve business problems and inform critical decisions.
- Regularly communicate and present concise, actionable insights using effective data storytelling techniques to inform all product and business partners.
Qualifications
- 5 years of prior work experience in product, customer and operations analytics and with tools like Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude and similar.
- 5 years of experience in data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and statistical programming (Python and/or R)
- 3 years of experience working with large datasets, data modeling, and data pipelines using tools like Databricks, DBT, Looker, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- 3 years of experience deriving actionable insights from analysis and analytical storytelling
- Experience in creating engaging, narrative data presentations using visualization tools.
- Degree in MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science or other quantitative fields
- Detailed oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management experience & skills.

The pay listed above is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and New York City. The standard base pay range listed for this role may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
