You’ll be:
- Joining the Cedar Rapids Community Outreach team with onsite visits, initial sales calls, and ongoing relationships in all chartered counties.
- Assist with credit union growth by increasing membership and member deposits and loans.
- Manage on-going relationships with businesses and partnerships through regular communication and on-site visits.
- Onboard new members in a quick-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Identify existing member and new member needs with a focus on deepening relationships by looking for ways to increase the average number of products per member.
- Generate leads with the intent to grow your book of business with support from team.
- Proficient in reading credit reports with the ability to identify loan referrals.
- Develop an understanding of credit union products and services with the ability to make a qualified sales referral to subject matter experts.
- Assist in creating and delivering presentations with the intent of educating, while promoting Dupaco products and services.
- General understanding of technology utilized to enhance business and member relationships including tracking sales calls, visits and presentations with current and prospective contacts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Must be self-starter with high energy and motivation.
- Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions with a thorough knowledge and understanding in credit union policies and procedures.
- Ability to make sound decisions based on understanding of financial industry regulations.
- Ability to travel to various sites.
