Role Overview
APR Energy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to help execute the company’s marketing strategy across digital, event, and content channels. This role combines hands-on project management with creative execution and vendor coordination to strengthen APR’s presence in the energy and infrastructure market.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives: from social media calendars to large-scale conference events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage website updates and content publishing, including new project articles, case studies, and white papers
- Plan and coordinate social media calendars, ensuring timely posts, content reviews, and response management across platforms
- Maintain and refresh marketing collateral, including PowerPoint templates, company overviews, and one-pagers
- Oversee conference and event production, including booth design, logistics, meeting scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Manage company merchandise and giveaways, from concept through production and distribution
- Support the planning and execution of project launch events (e.g., “Flip the Switch” ceremonies and media days)
- Develop case studies and thought leadership content, collaborating with internal experts and creative partners
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and maintain alignment with APR’s strategic marketing framework
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management (B2B or industrial/energy sector preferred)
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong writing and editing skills; familiarity with corporate content and social media voice
- Experience working with creative and production vendors (design, print, digital, events)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, WordPress or similar CMS, Canva, and major social platforms

Physical Requirements
The work environment is mostly indoors, in a clean, well-lighted and temperature-controlled office.
Required to work near others, sharing an open office space.
