But we've got more left to do and that's where you come in!About the RoleAs a Merch Production Coordinator, you'll be the executional engine behind Duolingo's consumer product drops and collaborations. You'll manage vendor comms, timelines, product development processes, and occasional asset coordination. You'll work closely with our external partner (Bamko) and internal design studio to make sure every product makes it from idea to launch, on time and on brand.This is a contract position (no benefits included). You WillLead day-to-day communications with Duolingo's third-party merch partner (Bamko)Support the execution of product development timelines, shipping, and launch readinessCollaborate with design studio to ensure assets are delivered and meet production needsCoordinate project documentation, sample feedback, and internal handoffsProvide light design QA or basic editing support where needed (asset swaps, tweaks)Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels, product demand, and excess stockAssist with vendor relationship health, quoting, production updates, and packagingYou Have23 years of experience in product development, merchandising operations, or vendor managementExcellent communication and organizational skillsA knack for working across many moving parts and keeping everything on trackFamiliarity with production processes, timelines, and vendor relationshipsComfort jumping in with light design feedback or editing support (Adobe suite or Figma a plus)About DuolingoDuolingo is the most popular language-learning application in the world, with over 500 million users and over half a billion exercises completed daily.
