Verizon Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Promote Verizon's product and service solutions to both existing and prospective customers, aligning offerings with their specific needs and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations, pricing quotes, and sales proposals to effectively communicate value propositions to individual customers.
- Drive revenue growth by cultivating, nurturing, and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners.
- Expedite the resolution of customer concerns to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales metrics and performance indicators to establish and exceed future sales objectives.
- Generate and present actionable insights and customer intelligence reports to management as required.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, including tracking market trends, product launches, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Verizon Account Associate Requirements:
- Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in a sales role is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills are highly desirable.
- Demonstrates a dynamic and proactive attitude with a self-starting, results-oriented mindset.
