Your Responsibilities
- Build and nurture positive relationships with Verizon customers in Southern New Jersey and the surrounding Philadelphia area, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing clear and concise information about Verizon's products, services, and promotions.
- Proactively identify and address customer issues, working diligently to find effective and timely solutions.
- Manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
