What You’ll Do
As a Barista at Naga Tea, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing boba tea, specialty beverages, and other menu items following our company recipes and standards.
- Delivering friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service.
- Operating the POS system to process customer orders with accuracy.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the front and back of the store.
- Restocking supplies and assisting with inventory management as needed.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
- Collaborating with your teammates to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
