Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and their pets with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer phone calls, provide information, take messages, and route calls appropriately.
- Manage client check-ins and check-outs, registrations, and confidential medical records.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and waiting area.
- Support the veterinary team with administrative and client service tasks as needed.
- Drawing up vaccines.
- Dispensing Medications.
- Nail trims
- Holding/ restraining animals and taking notes
Job Types: Part-time (4 days a week required)
Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift (8:30-5 M, W, F and 8:15-6 T, TH)
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
- Rotating schedule with opportunity for a long weekend.
