Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our on-site operations by ensuring all machinery, tools, and systems function at optimal performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and experienced in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards.
- Assist in equipment installations, calibrations, and operational testing.
- Report potential hazards or recurring problems to management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certification in maintenance or related field.
- 2 years of experience in industrial or equipment maintenance preferred.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, on-site position.
- Pay range: $24.44–$32.43 per hour, based on experience.
