Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect at Dunne Kozlowski. The Project Architect will oversee the design and construction process from concept to completion, manage project timelines and budgets, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This role will involve working closely with the design team and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an Architectural firm
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing direct reports
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD/Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate people
- Experience managing project schedules & budgets
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with the Adobe suite
Schedule
This full-time, hybrid role is based in Dunne Kozlowski’s studio in Humboldt Park. Mondays and Fridays are remote, and Tuesdays through Thursdays are in the studio.
