Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, located in New Albany, MS. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to quality specifications. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, allocating resources, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and mitigating project risks. Maintaining clear communication and fostering strong relationships with clients, teams, and suppliers will be essential to successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Project management expertise, including scheduling, task management, and resource allocation.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and address challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, team members, and partners.
- Knowledge of construction processes, reinforced concrete pipe, precast concrete, and storm drainage solutions is preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Ability to lead teams, ensure safety compliance, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP certification or similar project management certifications would be a plus.
