We are seeking a mid-level Bankruptcy Associate (3–7 years of experience) to support our creditor-side bankruptcy and insolvency practice. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys complex financial matters, litigation strategy, and working closely with clients involved in distressed and restructuring situations. The associate will play a key role in representing secured and unsecured creditors, fiduciaries, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships, and related insolvency matters.
This is a hands-on role offering substantial responsibility, client interaction, and exposure to sophisticated restructuring and insolvency matters. The position is best suited for a motivated attorney who exercises sound judgment, manages competing priorities effectively, and is comfortable navigating both litigation and transactional aspects of distressed situations.
Compensation: $80,000 dependent on experience
