Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Guest Room Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. In this role, you’ll lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness standards are met, and help create a memorable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas.
- Train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff including room attendants, laundry attendants, and facilities staff.
- Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure brand standards are met.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and manage costs effectively.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Enforce safety, security, and key control protocols.
- Maintain lost-and-found records and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
- Strong understanding of floor care, cleaning products, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
