Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client's needs, challenges, and goals
- Present products and options clearly and professionally
- Recommend and sell tailored solutions based on each client's specific needs
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and comparisons
- Follow up consistently with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, appointments, and written business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale through onboarding
- Meet or exceed established individual and team production goals
- Represent Dunn Benefits Group with integrity and professionalism in every situation
Preferred Qualification
- Active health and life insurance license required (or must obtain within 90 days of hire)
