Account Executive

Dunn Benefits Group is a veteran-owned employee benefits,and healthcare, advisory and consulting firm. We help employers across Southeast Alabama, Southwest Georgia, and the Florida Panhandle — from medical practices to contractors — design benefits and healthcare strategies that work for their business and their employees. We're hiring an Account Executive who wants to sit across the table from business owners, understand what they need, and deliver solutions they can count on.

What You'll Do

• Find and open doors with employers through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Meet with business owners and HR leaders to assess their group health, voluntary benefits, and HR needs
• Recommend and present tailored solutions in a clear, consultative way
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients
• Follow up on leads and manage your pipeline
• Partner with our internal team to deliver smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction

What Success Looks Like

• Early on: you complete our training, learn our carrier and product lineup, and build a target list of employers in your territory
• Over time: you build a growing pipeline and a book of employer clients who trust you to guide their benefits decisions year after year

Who Thrives Here

• Experience in sales, insurance, business development, or client relationship management (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by performance-based earnings
• Organized, with excellent time management.

Required

Alabama Life & Health producer license, or willingness to obtain one within 30days of hire

Compensation & What We Offer

• This is a commission-based position. Competitive commission structure, including bonuses. Realistic first-year earnings range $55,000 - $65,000

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
