Job Title: Warehouse Associate Level 3 (Logistics/Shipper)

Job Type: Full-Time | Warehouse Operations 1st Shift 6am-3pm M-F with OT as needed

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate Level 3 to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, shipping orders, and training other associates while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking and Shipping

• Stage products for shipment and maintain packaging supply inventory
• Ensure products are staged adequately in designated areas for shipment.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manually move stock and other materials and perform other unskilled labor.
• Look for ways to improve quality, efficiency, safety, and workflow.
• Meets productivity standards. Completes work in a timely manner.
• Reports on potentially unsafe conditions.
• Run Waves accurately and ensure all labels print out for waves
• Works with supervisor when level 4 Leads are out to accomplish goals.
  
  

Quality And Accuracy

• Manage Microsoft Office and office systems such as ERP (Oracle E1) and WMS (Scale) to ensure accuracy throughout the process.
• Review and reply to email communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Pick, pack, and ship accurately and efficiently to meet company and customer standards.
• Work with RF scanners and maintain sign-in and sign-out RF log.
• Ensure picking accuracy and scan one order at a time
  
  

Safety Compliance Specific Job Duties

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Participate in safety meetings and wear PPE when required
  
  

Education and Training

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Able to organize and work independently.
• Must be reliable and have good attendance.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and initiative in addressing warehouse challenges
  
  

Physical Demand- Must be able to perform the following physical requirements:

• Stand for 8–10 hours; frequent walking, bending, and reaching
• Occasionally required to sit, talk, or hear.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
