What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender - Server - Food Runner position at Dunleavy's Bar & Restaurant?
Dunleavy's Bar & Restaurant is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Bartenders, Servers, and Food Runners to join our front-of-house team. We are looking for team members who provide great customer service, work well in a fast-paced environment, and help create a welcoming experience for our guests.
Experience is preferred for bartender and server positions, but we are willing to train the right candidates for certain roles.
$6 - $16.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
Take and accurately enter food and drink orders
Deliver food and beverages quickly and correctly
Maintain clean and organized dining, bar, and service areas
Work closely with bartenders, servers, food runners, and kitchen staff
Assist with opening, closing, and side work as needed
Follow proper food safety and alcohol service procedures
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy shifts
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred
Bartending experience required for bartender applicants
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Must be available for nights and weekends
Ability to remain organized and professional during high-volume service
Must meet all applicable age requirements for serving alcohol
