Role Description

The District Manager for Dunlap & Magee Property Management will oversee operations of multiple apartment communities in the Flagstaff, AZ area. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising property managers, ensuring compliance with company policies, driving financial performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve property operations. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong tenant relations, overseeing property maintenance and team training, as well as collaborating with corporate leadership on budget planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in property management, asset oversight, and financial planning
• Team leadership, staff training, and performance management experience
• Knowledge in compliance reporting, lease agreements, and property regulations
• Experience in operational efficiency, client communication, and tenant relationship management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and general computer applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Ability to travel between properties and a valid driver’s license
